La società SBT SRL nasce nel 2010 come AUTOSERVICE IL SOLE SAS; i soci sono componenti della famiglia Sabatino ed è una società di servizi autolavaggio e rimessaggio automezzi pesanti, che affianca – nelle fornitura del servizio di pulizia – le due società SABATINO SALVATORE E FIGLI SRL E SABASERVICES SRL, oltre a terzi.
Nel 2021, per strategia aziendale, AUTOSERVCIE IL SOLE SAS aggiunge all’oggetto sociale l’attività di trasporto conto terzi.
Nel 2023 avviene la trasformazione della SAS in SRL con cambio denominazione in SBT SRL e lo spostamento della sede legale sulla provincia di Milano, con lo scopo di promuovere nuovi sbocchi e di poter creare in un futuro a breve, una piattaforma di appoggio alle altre due società del “gruppo”, per scambio merci e automezzi, in maniera da rendere più propositiva, efficiente ed organizzata l’attività di trasporto merci delle tre società.
